A few Pre-wedding shoots

I can't stress enough how important I think pre-wedding photo shoots are!  They give me the opportunity to see where your comfort levels are, which poses will work best for you, which type of images you like or dislike and for me to get to know you better and find out more about your wedding - it basically means I'm ready for the day and it will speed along the bride and groom photographs… and for the couple, it's a chance to get used to being in front of the camera, which is invaluable for those who are not naturally comfortable, or used to being, in front of a camera. The amount of feedback I get saying how useful the couples found it and how they feel much more prepared and happy to be photographed!!!

Gemma and Joe - Cripps Stone Barn, Aldsworth

Awww… these two are just so adorable!  During the ceremony, at Ducklington Church, the vicar said Joe 'was not a superhero' and I saw Gemma turn to him and whisper 'yes you are', and my heart just exploded for them. Two people who are just made for each other!

They held their reception at one of my favourite Oxfordshire venues (though technically, it's not Oxfordshire)… Cripps Stone Barn, Aldsworth, just outside Burford.  It's a gorgeous barn, with a mix of old Cotswold Stone, and Tin. It looks incredible inside and out!

Thanks for being brave and facing the cold everyone, it was worth it, I promise!

Andrew & Jacqui - St Mary's Charlbury and The Tythe Barn, Bicester

You've got to love a good Scottish wedding, you know it's going to mean a lot of fun and dancing, and that's exactly what Andrew and Jacqui's was!

The details that went into the wedding was incredible, and really showed the couples creative side; including the design on the stationary and the hand painted golden cows. Simply gorgeous!

Rachel and Simon - Wesley Memorial Church, Oxford

I absolutely love Oxford weddings.  Being able to walk around with the couple after their ceremony to take photographs in a city that I adore is so exciting to me… the old architecture was just the perfect setting for this lovely couple and Rachel's dress was the perfect match too.  We has so much fun walking around before going to their reception in Benson, it was full of giggles.
