Emma and Matt married recently at one of my favourite local venues, The Tally Ho Hotel, Arncott. It was a beautiful day, full of love and laugher. Matt's Dad was his best man, which I think shows an amazing relationship between father and son.
Between rain storms, we were able to get outside for some photographs around the garden where the laughter continued. They hired a fantastic magician, Paul Megram, who entertained with close-up table magic before and in between courses - seriously, if you want to keep your guests entertained, shocked and in hysterics, I would consider a magician!! (the reaction photos you get are priceless!!)
The day ended with a fabulous, and slightly unusual, all-female band (name to be confirmed!) It's not often the evening entertainment have trumpets!

Amy and Lee - The Manor, Weston on the Green
The Manor, in Weston on the Green, changed hands a few years ago and basically stopped doing weddings, however they've since had another change and are back to doing what they do best, and I was so excited that the first one I did after quite some time was of a lovely friend of mine, Amy, and her lovely now-husband, Lee.
The Manor is notoriously difficult to photograph in, with it's dark panelled walls and large windows that flood one end with light, however when you know then venue and the best places to shoot, you can get fantastic images. It's a beautiful venue, the gardens are lovely and perfect for garden games. And the little stone garden is the perfect area for Bride and Groom photographs.
Amy looks so beautiful and the both looked so incredibly happy. It was lovely to see two family units come together and I'm excited for their future.
